District Five Debate Heats Up

SEATTLE, WASHINGTON- The debate between Senator StevenNick (R-WA) and his challenger, Gabu (D-WA) have been reminscent of the old Lincoln-Douglas debates, as the the two candidates take issues, talk about them till they expire, have spirited back and forth questions, yet invite the audience in as well. Gabu started off by saying StevenNick simply says "NO,NO,NO,NO!" to bills he does not like and that he doesn't break party lines. StevenNick refuted that claim, saying instead that he stands up for his values, calling himself Conservative, and saying that he votes with TexasGurl (RF-WI) more than he votes with StatesRights (SR-FL). Gabu pointed to many recent votes to prove that false. Meanwhile, questions popped up about who was behind Preferential Voting, and Secretary of Defense John Ford supported StevenNick and said he did not like it when new politicans attack old ones unfairly.

With the UAC likely behind the Senator, our polling suggests the incumbent is tied with his challenger, each with 50%.
